Based on the Gold Coast- started operation in 2022 – we were heavily involved from company inception, even now we provide the bulk of their estimating function. Initially we worked with Tom and his team pricing their standard plans as they were developed, it took 6 months until the first project was started in November 2022. They currently are starting around 35 houses per month, around 20% of which are custom.
We generate and place their purchase orders, all currently emailed from our office. We currently price around 5-10 custom houses a week for them, as well as multiple Townhouse developments.
