Based in Capalaba- develop their own sub-divisions to build on primarily- They have been in operation for nearly 50 years.
We were engaged as their estimating system wasn’t working well. We integrated our estimating system with theirs successfully. We currently do all their sales and production estimating- and have done for the past 5 years.
We are currently training their in-house team to use the system to minimise their reliance on us. Their builds are custom houses -up to 1.2 million.
They run Databuild & Onsite Companion- we use Teamviewer in to import all our quotes & BoQs- We produce around 80 sets of POs and do a similar number of Sales quotes + revisions per annum. Current turnover $50 mill pa. They have recently moved into the multi-residential space and we are providing estimating assistance.

We were looking for an improved estimating system that worked with Databuild — both for rapid sales estimating and integration into production estimating.
